• Senior Lawyer and Consultant, with a strategic focus on Personal Data Protection and Information Security.
• Possesses consolidated experience in the implementation and management of privacy governance programs, also having served as a Data Protection Officer (DPO), in addition to previous roles at corporate legal departments, boutique, and mid-sized law firms.
• Graduated in Law from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro – UFRJ/FND.
• Post-graduate degree in Labor Law and Procedure from Faculdade Damásio.
• Currently pursuing an MBA (Master of Business Administration) in Governance, Risk, Control, and Compliance from the University of São Paulo – USP.
• Holds certifications issued by the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP): Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) and Certified Data Protection Officer (CDPO/BR); by the University of Pennsylvania: “Privacy Law and Data Protection”; and by Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV): Cyber Risk Management and Leadership and Team Management.

• Served as a Guest Professor, lecturing the module on International Personal Data Transfer for the Post-Graduate Program in Privacy and Data Protection at Damásio Educacional Institution.
